AFROPUNK Brooklyn Trip
Is a deposit required to reserve a spot?
Yes. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot. For a limited time only the standard $750 deposit is reduced to $500.
Are my payments refundable?
Payments are not refundable. If a future circumstance prevents you from attending, it is possible that your deposit may be applied to a future Runaway trip. Please read our terms & conditions.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. Installment payment terms are outlined on the booking page.
Are flights included in the cost?
Airfare is not included in this package. Guests are responsible for ensuring their own arrival to Brooklyn, NY. Meeting location will be disclosed to booked guests. Note that programmed activities begin 4:30pm Thursday, 8/23.
Is travel insurance mandatory?
Yes. We require all travelers to have proof of travel insurance. You are responsible for acquiring your own travel insurance.

The policy must have a minimum coverage of $200,000 USD and cover personal injury, medical expenses, loss of or damage to luggage, repatriation expenses, and evacuation expenses. A typical policy with this coverage usually costs around $40.

There are many vendors to choose from, such as World Nomads. You may also be able to add travel insurance while booking your flight online. Failure to provided proof of insurance will lead to cancellation of your spot on the trip.

This 5 day curated festival weekend is for the culturally curious looking to be immersed in Brooklyn's creative spaces. All packages include: Get ready to:

Explore Brooklyn's art scene, guided by a local expert, and must-visit locations via our digital guide.
