Maintaining a workout routine while on vacation can be challenging. That is, unless you're travelling with a world renown personal trainer! We partnered up with fitness expert, Lita Lewis, to design a Balinese getaway with the perfect balance of fun, relaxation, and fitness. From poolside boot camps to jungle-trekking adventures, each day included a high-intensity sweat session, activities in the local community, and down time for reflection and rest (and muscle pampering massages!). In addition to strengthening our bodies, the whole group bonded. We empowered each other and shared experiences during communal meals, group discussions, and workshops. The retreat took place at a family-owed boutique property in the mountains of norther Bali, where we indulged our senses for 8 days.
