We teamed up with registered dietitians, Wendy & Jess of Food Heaven Made Easy, to curate an 8-day healthy eating retreat in Bali. No trendy diet gimmicks in sight--just fact-based info and tried and true tips to improve health, gain energy, and feel great. From meal planning (in a practical way) to understanding the right nutrients for a balanced diet, Wendy & Jess inspired guests to eat and live sustainably. In addition to the interactive nutrition workshops, we trekked through the jungle, swam in waterfalls, learned traditional dance, shopped at local markets, ate delicious, organic and locally-sourced Balinese cuisine, and more.
